Support Our Union Brother Jared Waldhoff

Jared Waldhoff is a Union Brother with Local AMFA 18 at Houston Hobby Airport (HOU). He was flying out to visit family in Indiana on September 5th of this year, and made a honest mistake by going through a "wrong door" in the airport terminal. 

Because this incident occurred, his Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge has been revoked. He is out of work. The door in question has been a topic of confusion because, the Houston Airport System rules were very vague and confusing as to what doors were permissible to use to access the sterile area.
 
Since the revoking of Jared's SIDA badge, the City of Houston has put a new sign on the door clarifying the rules. This sign was not on the door before Jared's incident. They knew their rules were confusing.

Jared is a 37 years old. Married, with 2 kids. Diagnosed with colon cancer in April of 2018. He's from Indiana and is still paying a mortgage there and for his home in Texas

He has had no prior SIDA violations on his record of 12 years in aviation.

I ask all AMFA Brothers and Sisters to help Jared support his health and family, until this situation gets resolved.
