Support Noel and Family Through Her Breast Cancer Journey

Hello, my name is Jodana Creekmore. I am starting this Go Fund Me on behalf of my youngest sister Noel Knowles.

For those you may see this and not know her, please allow me to give you a glimpse of this incredible human being...

On July 12th, Noel was given news that no one wants to hear...she has breast cancer. Although it has been caught in the early stages, based on the size and type of cancer she has, she will have to undergo a double mastectomy on September 4th. She has faced this outcome with tremendous strength and grit.

Anyone who knows my sister, knows that she lights up the room with her million watt smile! Spend any amount of time with her, you will discover her goofiness and that her laughter is infectious! She's one of those unique people who you just gravitate to, and who you can feel the love her soul projects radiating straight into your soul.

First and foremost she is a mother. Her devotion to her 3 children Peyton 13, Cash 12 and Koa 2 1/2 is absolutely unmatched. As a stay at home mom, she has been able to be fully present for her kiddos every single day of their lives. She's been there to see them off to school and to greet them when they come home. She's able to attend at their extra curricular activities most of which are sports related. She is that mom, who like our own mom, screams words of encouragement from the stands when the kiddos are playing well.

Secondly, but by no means unequally, she is a loving partner to the love of her life Dareius. Through the nearly 8 years they've been together, Noel and Dareius have grown together in mutual love, respect and support. They've overcome challenges that would have torn other couples apart. Most importantly their entire lives are centered around their family and the love they all share.

Dareius is the financial provider for their family. He will have to take time off work to care for the kids (and Noel) as she heals from surgery. The approximate timeframe he will be off work is 4 weeks. This is a devastating financial blow for them.

Noel is deeply loved by her family, friends, and the countless people whose lives she has touched. Her greatest wish is to be here for her children, watch them grow up, and continue being the loving partner, mother, sister, and friend she has always been. It is tough for Noel and her loved ones to ask for help, but we cannot do this alone. That’s why we are reaching out to you—our friends, family, and community—to ask for your support.
