Our beloved Nixia transitioned from this life on January 23, 2026. Nixia was a beautiful woman, a devoted mother, a cherished sister, and angel to many family members, friends, co-workers, and patients.
Our family is coming together to honor her life with a beautiful service that reflects the love she gave so freely. As we navigate this unexpected loss, we are asking for support to help cover funeral and memorial expenses so we can send her home with the dignity, care, and celebration she deserves.

Hello, we’re Daveena and Daniyah — proud daughters of our strong and irreplaceable mom, Nixia.
Recently, our mother suffered a major medical crisis that led to two brain procedures and left her in critical condition. Doctors told us there was no hope — but through God’s mercy, endless prayer, and her own fierce spirit, she is proving them wrong. She’s fighting her way back against all odds.
Her recovery could take up to 18 months, and when she comes home, she will need intensive therapy, daily care, and medical equipment. While we stand by her side, we’re also facing the loss of the stability she’s always given us.
We’re asking for donations from Nixia's community — family, friends, colleagues, and anyone who she has touched with her kindness and radiant spirit. Your donations will go directly toward:
- Keeping our home and covering household bills while she’s unable to work
- Ensuring we have groceries, essentials, and stability during this time
- Medical supplies and equipment to support her recovery at home
- Transportation to and from hospital visits and appointments
