Wherever you are in the world, you will be aware from the news that recent monsoon storms has hit the state of Kerala - where NGA HR have over 600 employees based in our Kochi office - particularly badly.
Our thoughts are with all our NGA HR colleagues in India at this difficult time. Many must now be given time to turn to rebuild and repair damaged homes. Over 50 colleagues have had their homes severely damaged by the monsoons.
NGA HR will be making all donations directly to our employees in the region who have been impacted. The funds will be spent on basic house repairs, replacement beds and maintenance to ensure homes are safe.
You can also join us in making an individual donation here (no matter how big or small).
We are over 5,300 people globally spread across 35 countries. We can make a real difference to these individuals for these colleagues.
The company will also match any individual employee contribution and work with local leadership to ensure your donation goes to a colleague in need. Local leadership in the region (led by Natarajan Laxsmanan) will ensure fair distribution of the funds.
