Hi, my name is Nayeli Vargas.

I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and was expecting to welcome my baby boy around October 5th. However, I’ve recently been admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with preeclampsia with severe symptoms, including dangerously high blood pressure and high blood sugar. Due to these complications, my doctors have made the difficult decision to deliver my baby early — on August 23rd.

My son will need to stay in the NICU for several weeks so he can grow stronger and receive the care he needs. This has all happened so suddenly, and I’ve had to stop working my part-time job much earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to save the money I needed to cover my bills, basic needs, and preparations for my baby’s arrival.

I’m reaching out during this incredibly difficult time to ask for any help or support you can offer — whether it’s a donation, a share, or simply keeping us in your thoughts. Every little bit will make a big difference as I recover and stay by my baby boy’s side while he fights to grow stronger.
