Justin Bradley suffered a cardiac arrest a few weeks ago. He was revived and airlifted to SLC while in a medical coma. He was in the hospital for 3 weeks before finally returning home. His heart condition, which he was born with, is serious. He has had four open heart surgeries to install artificial heart valves over the course of his life, and has suffered two cardiac arrests in the past 5 years. Justin's heart has reached a point where it is so weak, his only option appears to be a heart transplant. This will be a long road, and we are asking for help to get him to that point.

He has incurred a lot of medical expenses this past month, including surgeries and a flight for life. He is no longer able to work and will need help covering medical and home expenses.

All contributions will go directly to Justin to help him cover expenses during this extremely difficult time. Anything you can give is appreciated.
