Support Mrs. Reeves during her Covid recovery

Many of Charity Reeves's good friends and colleagues would like to help support Charity, known as Mrs. Reeves by many in the community, as she recovers from the after-effects of Covid. Charity is a 6th-grade English Language Arts teacher at Nebraska City Public Schools. Unfortunately, Charity tested positive for Covid in October, and has never fully recovered. She has required extensive medical treatment, including several hours of outpatient PT, OT, SLP, lymphedema, and neuropsychological therapy at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Omaha she attends twice a week. Charity has experienced a devastating loss of wages, as she has been unable to work full-time since October. Along with the loss of wages, she also has the added expenses of gas, meals, and vehicle upkeep incurred while making the trips to Omaha for treatment. Because Charity has not been able to drive since February due to frequent dizzy spells and cognitive symptoms and the necessity of someone to attend treatment sessions with Charity, her husband is also losing two days of pay each week to accompany her to rehabilitation appointments. We want to raise funds to take some of the financial stress off of Charity and her family as they navigate this difficult time in their lives so that Charity can focus on her recovery and regain her health.
