Support Melinda Clark's Cancer Battle

I didn’t ask Melinda Clark's permission to open this. I didn’t want to give her a chance to say no! Melinda was a daily member of my classes at Mega Gym. She is a sweet and funny soul. The ladies wanted to help out! To ease the stress on the family, one of her trusted friends, Sylvia Fuller, has agreed to manage the funds until they are ready to take it over.

Melinda has been diagnosed with a large Myxoid Liposarcoma, a soft tissue cancer, behind her knee. She will be receiving treatments in Louisville, KY, all while her family resides in Gilbertsville, KY. Standard treatment is radiation and surgery. Because of the size of the tumor, she may have to receive chemo as well. As of right now, she will start receiving radiation treatments 5 days a week on October 15th. She will be away from her girls a lot, but her family and friends will be there to support her. Her family will need lots of prayers and I imagine extra money for gas and food to ease the burden while traveling to stay with her. If your heart leads you to donate, please help this family.
