Hello all. My name is Ansam, a Palestinan mum for five kids living in Gaza. Amid the horrors that we have been facing since last October, I'm starting this fundraiser in hope of putting an end to the suffering of my lovely daughter Sumaya; a beautiful 16 year -old girl, very distinguished and clever, but has been diagnosed with left lower limb A-V malformation when she was only five years old. We noticed bluish skin disfigurement in her left thigh which expanded in size over the time.

Her doctor recommended seeking medical advice at Makkased Islamic Charitable Hospital in Jerusalem. Due to travelling restrictions imposed on us, Sumaya was given the permission to travel to Jerusalem with her grandfather only . At the hospital, she had a surgery ( excision of left vestus medialis ) . Doctors then recommended her to be seen annually with applying CT anglography.

A year after Somaya had returned to Gaza, her pains became more serious than before. She got severe traumas every couple of months preventing her from practicing simple daily routine activities such as running, jumping or standing for long hours.

With the bloody war embarked since last October, it became impossible to receive the basic medical care for her case; pain killers, regular doctor visits or even CT.

I'm asking for your help to get her out of Gaza to Egypt ( whenever there will be a way to leave) to follow up with her situation. The 5,000 € will cover the costs of issuing a new passports for me and her, travel costs, and the surgery and the hospital stay.
