Support Marley May's Surgery

Hi everyone. My name is Marley May and I am a two-year-old German Shepherd. At no fault to my human parents, I left the yard today and got hit on the highway. I need to have surgery so I can save my leg. Please help and don’t be mad at my human parents. I was just tired of being a first-time mom and got too far from the house. I am resting now at a vet clinic, but I’m gonna need surgery so I can play with my humans.
