Support Kaia’s Medical Journey and Recovery

Hello, my name is Keyara, and I’m reaching out for support on behalf of my beloved dog, Kaia.

Kaia is 5½ years old and has been a cherished part of our family since she was just 2 months old. She’s energetic, intelligent, and deeply affectionate—especially with children. Her playful spirit and loving nature have touched the hearts of everyone who’s met her.

About a year ago, Kaia was attacked outside our home by an unrestrained Pitbull, resulting in severe injuries to her left leg and face. While her external wounds slowly healed, complications began to emerge. Soon after, we noticed a concerning growth in one of her teats, which has since developed into a rapidly progressing mass.

To this day, we do not know if the attacking dog was vaccinated, and it remains unclear whether the trauma may have contributed to internal complications. We’ve taken Kaia to the veterinarian, but additional diagnostic tests, treatment, and potential procedures are needed to determine the cause and ensure she can make a full recovery.

Kaia is more than a pet—she’s a member of our family. It’s incredibly difficult to see her in pain, and we’re doing everything we can to help her return to the happy, healthy life she deserves.
