Jewel is my most caring sister, who will go out of her way for anyone when it comes to health, education, encouragement, and support. She loves God dearly and his people. She serves her community in many ways, including hosting life groups for Christian communities, mentoring young adults, feeding the unhoused, and providing essentials for the unhoused on a regular basis. Everyone in her community knows that there's always a place for them at her home. She loves pilates, travel, arts and crafts, and anything DIY.

Jewel has Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), a chronic inflammatory skin condition that is painful and oftentimes drastically impacts the quality of life. She has been dealing with this since she was a teenager and has endured many surgeries. Now, she is facing her next set of 6 surgeries. The funds raised will support her medical recovery and help provide household essentials while she heals, so she can focus on getting better without worrying about daily needs.
