Support Jamael's Battle Against Cancer

Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

I am reaching out on behalf of my dear friend, Jamael, who is currently facing an incredibly tough battle with cancer.

Jamael has always been the first to show up when others need support—whether it's lending a hand, offering his time, or sharing his unwavering positive energy. Now, it’s our turn to show up for him.

Jamael has undergone a variety of treatments, each offering some hope, but there is still work to be done. The toll of these treatments has made it difficult for him to work as much as he would like, and with medical expenses, daily living costs, and the physical strain, the financial burden is becoming overwhelming.

Jamael is also the proud father of a young son, and this situation is especially hard for him as he focuses on both his health and providing for his family. Jamael would never ask for help—he’s always the first to give. But now, the time has come for us to offer the support and kindness he so richly deserves.

We’ve started this GoFundMe to help alleviate some of the financial pressure so that Jamael can focus on his recovery and continue the fight. The funds raised will go towards medical expenses, travel, ongoing treatments, and helping Jamael manage day-to-day costs.
