Support Jaia's Medical and Legal Journey

Hello, this is my 4-year-old daughter, Jaia. On Tuesday, July 8th, 2025, she was at a trusted daycare when she was pushed off the playground from 3 ft high (she is only 3’9” herself) by another child and broke her arm. She also hit her head when she fell and has been suffering from seizures. The child’s mother also works at the daycare where the incident happened, so they have not been forthcoming with the full truth or cameras. Especially since this is not the first time I have heard this child has bothered my daughter physically. Jaia was a perfectly healthy child and never needed surgery or been sick/hurt until this incident. She is the sweetest, most loving, and helpful person I’ve ever met, and anyone that knows her would tell you the same and so much more.

I am a single mother and unable to work due to my daughter’s post-op care, and I refuse to send her back to that daycare. I have created this account to ask for financial help, I must obtain legal representation so I am able to get justice for my daughter. I also need assistance with medical bills as we just moved to Kentucky this summer.
