Hi, My name is Izy (my friends call me Zee!) and I am a gender nonconforming individual raising funds for gender affirming procedure!

I’d like to share something extremely personal with you. For the majority of my life, I’ve felt extremely disconnected from my physical body. A good deal of this was caused by trauma, but even more of it comes from gender dysphoria. As a nonbinary person, physical transition can look very different from person to person. It doesn’t really have an “end point”. My personal journey has taken me to the very depths of my soul and back again, more times than one. And while my feelings and gender expression/presentation can shift over time, as i’m sure they will continue to do for the rest of my life, one thing has remained constant for the majority of my life:

THIS CHEST AIN’T IT!

So, after nearly 20 years of deliberation and research, it is my absolute joy to announce that in April 2026, I will be undergoing gender affirming chest surgery. My insurance will cover a portion of the medical expenses, but I need to miss a few weeks of work and purchase supplies for my recovery. For this reason, I have created a GoFundMe fundraiser, and I am asking for donations if you would like to support my journey! If you cant contribute financially, I ask that you please share to anyone who might be interested.
