To our family and friends, this is Indonesia or as we always call her “honey bunches of oats” and “indie-lou”. She just turned 5 years old September 13th. She has two younger sisters, Zoey, our pretty white huskey in the photo, and her other sister Michelob who is a lazy cat until it’s night time. Today, 10/22/25 we have just found out that our indie-lou has an infection called pyometra. This is a common infection in female dogs whom have not yet been spayed and this infection can cause organ failure and sepsis shock. Indie-lou is currently at the vet hospital staying for observations and fluids. She has both her mammas minds running around to see what we can do to help her through this. The vet has told us she is in need of an emergency hysterectomy. Indonesia is our daughter and we would do anything for our kids.
