Hurricane Maria's fierce winds and rain has caused devastation to Puerto Rico and our Mastec family.
Their homes have been flooded and ruined.
We still have not been able to account for all of them and their safety.
During the Hurricane, the employees that were able to stay in touch most, already had water in their homes and some of them had to evacuate their homes for safety reasons. You can see in the picture that this employee has two small children standing on a chair.
Another employee was rescued last night from her home due to floods and is eight months pregnant.
Employee homes have been ripped apart from the winds.
We need to supply our PR Mastec family with food, water and assistance with their housing.
Any help you can provide is appreciated. We want to collect as much as we can quickly and get pallets of supplies to them immediately.
