My name is Danny Bunch, and I'm reaching out to you today with a heavy heart but also with hope. My incredible brother-in-law, Hugh, has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Burkitt Lymphoma. This aggressive cancer has turned our family's world upside down, but we are determined to fight alongside Hugh every step of the way.

On Sunday, February 9th, Hugh went to the ER due to pain and swelling in his abdomen. He was told then to go to the hospital for a pet scan due to significant swelling of his lymph nodes. On Tuesday, February 11th, Hugh was admitted to Lakeland Regional where further tests were completed. On Thursday, February 13th, Hugh was diagnosed with Burkitt Lymphoma. Hugh was then transferred to Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL on Saturday the 15th, where he has begun the long fight against this cancer.

Hugh is a devoted father to Olivia (7 years old) and loving husband to Melanie. He is strong, resilient and has always been a caring and giving person. Now, he needs our support more than ever.

Hugh is currently undergoing intensive chemotherapy at Moffitt Cancer Center. The road ahead will be long and challenging, but we have faith in the medical team and Hugh's strength. However, the financial burden of cancer treatment and the loss of Hugh's income is significant.

Hugh's income is the main source for their family, as Melanie has been fighting her own significant health battles over the last few years.

Bills are piling up, and we want to ensure that Hugh can focus on his health and recovery without the added stress of financial worries.
