Join Us in Helping A Kinetic Youth Team Compete in the Kinetic Grand Championship Race!

Over the past couple of years, our small team of high school student engineers and artists has been learning the ways of the Kinetic Grand Championship. Last year, we were finally able to build our first Kinetic Sculpture, and we almost made it the full 50 miles and across the finish line without breaking down. This year, we are determined to build an entirely new and improved machine, learning from our past mistakes and creating something truly SPECTACULAR. We are hopeful and excited to return stronger than ever. NEVER ENDING GLORY is bound to be ours! (that's a hint to our theme)

What We’ve Accomplished:

Last year, we competed as Team Shifts and Giggles, overcoming challenges, making repairs, persevering, and eventually crossing the finish line. This year, we’re aiming to build an even faster, stronger, more efficient, lightweight, and aerodynamic machine that will allow us to retain our Ace while tackling the unpredictable terrain of the 50-mile race spanning from Arcata to Ferndale, CA.
