Frank Rossi’s world changed forever in December 2024 when he was diagnosed with appendiceal adenocarcinoma with peritoneal carcinomatosis, Stage 4. As his friend, I have witnessed his incredible strength and courage as he has faced 11 rounds of chemotherapy, two exploratory surgeries, and a major CRS/HIPEC surgery. Each procedure has tested his limits, but Frank continues to fight with unwavering faith and determination.

This past year has been overwhelming for Frank and his wife, Heather—not just physically and emotionally, but financially as well. Frank does not receive paid sick time, so every day he is too ill from treatment or recovering from surgery means a loss of income. As the months have passed, the financial strain has grown heavier. Medical expenses, household bills, and daily necessities have become difficult to manage while Frank is fighting for his life. No one should have to battle cancer while worrying about how to keep the lights on or food on the table, yet that has become their reality.
