Support for Yaneisy

Saturday morning my sister Yaneisy suffered a very traumatic accident. She was struck by a hit-And-run driver while she was riding an electric scooter in downtown Austin. She was rushed to Dell Seton Hospital where she was found to have significant liver damage, internal bleeding and lots of posterior abrasions and bruising to her face, arms and shoulders.

She has been in ICU since arriving to the hospital Saturday morning. We all love Yaneisy so much and are thankful that she is a strong young woman who is fighting through the pain and recovery. I have created this fundraiser on my sister’s behalf in hopes that we can all pull together to help her with some of her medical expenses. Yaneisy has been working for EM2Sports, an affiliate company of Austin Junior Volleyball, but had not been able to obtain health insurance, so we know her medical bills will be extensive, as well as her loss of wages for the time she will not be able to work during her recovery.
