Support for the Caputo Family

My name is Jessica Burke and I am looking for help for my sweet twin sister and her family. On Sunday, November 28, 2021 her amazing husband Michael was called home to heaven. He was the most hardworking, loving, loyal, and dedicated husband and father to my beautiful sister and their three small children. On November 17th he tested positive for COVID. He powered through it for 4 days before it started taking over his body and ultimately made the decision to go to the hospital. He battled this awful monster for one week, and he fought so hard but the good Lord called him home on Sunday, November 28th. Michael quite literally had the biggest heart. To know him, was to absolutely love him. He would give you the shirt off his back. He was everyone’s right hand man and was there for anyone who needed him. He didn’t know the word no.

And now his family is in need. Over his stay in the ICU he accumulated a very detailed list of medical bills. Sam has been a stay at home mom so she can raise their three small children and her main source of support is gone. I am asking for help to take some of the financial burden off my sister during the most difficult time in her life. Mike helped everyone and anyone, day or night and now his family needs help.
