Support for Polly Moats

Last week my sweet Aunt Polly was diagnosed with Lung,Stomach and Colon cancer.  Her diagnosis is terminal. Johnny and Angie have brought her to their home to ensure she has the best care and love she deserves.  Please take this opportunity to help her family with the medical and end of life cost.
