Hello, my name is Sabrina Crosby and I am here to share my story, one that will forever have a lasting impact on my family.

My nephew, Leondre Golden, affectionately known to all as "Andre," was brutally attacked on June 17, 2026, on Metro Transit in Minnesota (all because someone didn't like the way he looked at him).

This attack resulted in a traumatic brain injury where an emergency craniotomy (brain surgery) was performed. This has left Andre partially disabled.

My sister Sandra remains prayerfully and faithfully by his bedside, being strong for him. She is facing very heartbreaking, emotional, physical, and financial hardships.

While my sister is away from home and work, I would like to help ease some of the burdens that she is/will endure as she provides love and support for Andre.

As Andre was the sole provider for his three minor children, my sister is now faced with taking care of them.

Andre has a long road to recovery and extensive rehabilitation ahead of him. Also, the family is being faced with trying to get him back home to Georgia once he is able.

We are asking for prayers, love, and support while my nephew continues to fight and heal. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help ease some of the financial stress so my sister can focus entirely on what matters most: being there for her son.
