With heavy hearts, we share the unexpected passing of John Mark Weatherred on September 13, 2025. John Mark was a devoted Christian, a man who loved God deeply and lived his life with grace, kindness, and compassion. His faith guided him, his love touched many, and his presence brought comfort and joy to all who knew him.

John Mark is survived by his loving husband, Darrell, with whom he shared a beautiful life built on love, trust, and shared dreams. At the time of his passing, they were in the middle of selling their home — a process that has now become incredibly difficult in the face of such profound grief.

Sadly, John Mark’s life insurance policy did not meet their duration requirements and will not be fulfilled. The costs of funeral and memorial arrangements are more than the family can manage alone.

We are raising funds to help cover:

• Funeral and burial/cremation expenses

• Memorial service to celebrate his life and faith

• Immediate support for his husband during this transition

• Transportation of remains

In this painful time, we are leaning on our faith, our community, and the kindness of others to help us lay John Mark to rest with dignity and love.
