With broken hearts, I’m sharing on behalf of my brother and his family the loss of their precious daughter, Gabriella Grace "Gigi".

On the evening of July 29, Gigi suffered an unthinkable accident and was airlifted for medical attention. She fought bravely in the PICU for seven days. On August 5, she went home to Heaven to be with the Lord just as the sun set.

Gigi was just 8 years old - the oldest of four siblings, and the most loving big sister. She filled every day with light, love, and joy. She loved tumbling, swimming, fashion, art and the beach. But most of all, she loved Jesus.

Her faith was powerful, her smile unforgettable, and her spirit radiant. Though our hearts are shattered, we hold on to the promise of God’s peace and presence even in our grief.
