Support for Every Child Matters Mural

A first of its kind street mural pays homage to the hundreds of Indigenous gravesites found throughout Canada. 17 Indigenous and allied artists will gather with Aboriginal community members to paint a street mural that extends one-full block; reading ‘Every Child Matters’.

This bright orange sign is a ‘call to action’ for artists to raise awareness and mobilize on a day that should be cancelled; in light of the gruesome and horrific bodies found at so many Residential Schools.

We are asking for donations to the cause. Since this is a non profit event, anything that wasn't donated was paid for out of pocket. Total expenses for the event can be covered at $4000 . Thank you for your support.
