Support for Baby Savitri's Family
Donación protegida
This past Easter, April 20th, 2025, Nina Wyatt and Geoffrey Kramer found themselves welcoming their new baby, Savitri, a month early via emergency c section. Their joy was then met with heartbreak as they learned their baby had a birth defect called Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) which wasn’t detected during ultrasounds and went undiagnosed during Ninas pregnancy. Baby Savitri was immediately airlifted to Children’s Hospital in DC where she remains in the Neonatal intensive care unit awaiting lifesaving surgery.
As we already know, Nina and Geoffrey are new homeowners and have 4 beautiful children. They have many day-to-day tasks and responsibilities to keep their household running smoothly. These loving parents must now divide their time and resources to accommodate the needs of their kids at home and spend time with their baby in the NICU. They live 2 hours away from Children’s Hospital in DC and will be missing work because of this and other obvious reasons. Not to mention, Nina is currently recovering from the C-section without baby in her arms.
We are asking for your help to raise $20,000 for the reasons listed below
- Missed work
- Travel
- Hotel Stays
- Meals
- Bills
- Medical expenses unpaid by Insurance
- Childcare
If you find it in your heart to support Baby Savitri and her beautiful family during this unimaginable time, they will be forever grateful. Any amount helps. Thank you for your prayers, love, and generosity.
