Support Faith: Single Mom in Urgent Need

Faith is a hardworking, determined, generous, and compassionate single mother of 3 who has gone above-and-beyond to better the lives of others, without anything expected in return. For instance, when her schedule allows, she babysits for others free of charge, donates to those in needs, volunteers her time, is a listening ear, good friend, and always has a positive attitude.

Earlier this year, Faith was in an accident that left her with a neck injury that has significantly impacted her life. Her car was totaled and the new one has major issues, she still works but has missed shifts, and is no longer able to clean houses, something that she relied on to make ends meet.

The repercussions of this has left Faith far behind on rent, utilities, carless, and her phone is now shut off. She is so far behind, that she has now received an eviction notice from her apartment. She urgently needs help.

She works extended hours during the week, but just isn’t making enough to catch up on past due balances. We are reaching out to the community to see if anyone would be willing to help Faith catch up, so she can move forward with her life.

She is coordinating with a personal injury lawyer, but this process takes time. She also has contacted the county to see if they can assist. They have directed her to ucap program, but due to funding they may not be able to help. Any donations, ideas, or resources would be greatly appreciated. Any money raised will go directly to Faith and would be spent on past due rent, utility bills, school supplies for the kids, or towards a used car.
