AMAZINGLY weve made our first target - for the case going ahead next week. Were on a mission to continue raising for the future court dates.

Below is the story. Daniel has mental illness, suffered PTSD since the passing of his grandfather- He became deeply attached to his Grandmother and moved in with her several years before she sadly passed away last year.
The ashes for both of his grandparents are in the home garden at number 63!
Daniels biggest dream is to continue to live in the property his grandparents lived many happy years of their lives in.
The council whom own the property, are refusing daniels request and court costs of £6000 have been quoted by the solicitor whom feels daniel has a good chance at succedding!
Daniel is not entitled to legal aid because he earns a £11 over the threshold, this means were responsible for finding the £2000 which we have just over half of. The deadline is wednesday 8/11, if the money is not found daniel will be given 6 hours to leave the property. Daniel self harms through stress & has previously attempted suicide due to the stress. I worry the outcome if we cant raise the money will cause daniel to deaterioate further.
Daniel has now got to the stage where we needs to raise money to support his continual fight to win residency and continue a stable life.
Daniel is a well known, liked and likeable character to the coldfall estate where his grandparents spent most part of their lives.
