Support Coach Sonya at the CrossFit Games

Coach Sonya McMillan of Terminus Strength & Conditioning is headed to her fourth CrossFit Games! As a community, we want to support her and celebrate the years of hard work that got her to this point. These funds will help offset the sizable personal expenses associated with competing, including hotel, travel, food, and supplies.

All money will go directly to Sonya so she can focus on bringing her A-Game to Birmingham at the end of the month. On behalf of Sonya and the Terminus staff, thank you for your generosity!
