Chef Frances here. If you’re new here, welcome. If you’ve been following this story, then you know how important this is to not only us, but our community.

It started with a dream and lots of hard work, tears, cuts and bruises. No complaining here - just speaking my truth. I’ve worked my butt off with no days off and I’d do it all over again if I had to.

Here we are at the next phase… I’ve worked and saved, work and saved - every single penny - I managed to get this beautiful space which I’m so exited to share with you.

There have been a lot of ups and downs with the build which has exhausted funds. Im asking my community to help where you can. Painters, HVAC tech, plumbers (small jobs) - we are asking for donations to help fund the remainder of the kitchen equipment!
