Help Chase get all of the testing he needs

My name is Christopher “Sully” Sullivan, and I’m asking for a little help for my son, Chase. He’s been living at the HOPE Center homeless shelter for about nine years, and he’s been struggling with dementia and a possible TBI that a CAT scan won't detect.

Since I got into recovery over 5 years ago, I’ve been doing everything I can to help him get the care he deserves. Right now, there are some medical tests and an MRI on his brain that Medicaid won’t cover completely, and without them, we can’t move forward toward getting him into assisted living where he’ll be safe and looked after.

We’re just trying to get him the help he needs — nothing more, nothing fancy. Every little bit makes a difference, and we’re truly grateful for any help you can give.
