Support Bronx Latin NHS Leadership Retreat

The Bronx Latin chapter of the National Honor Society began over twelve years ago. In that time, we have built a strong commitment to community involvement and honoring the tradition of volunteer work that comprises the backbone of the NHS pillars of service and character.

As the year comes to a close, we are nearing our recent annual tradition of attending a two-day leadership retreat at the Princeton-Blairstown Center for outdoor education and team building.

While the event itself is fully funded through the support of our amazing administration, there are supplemental costs that donor support could help offset for the individual students attending. Though our group does fundraise throughout the year, these expenses would quickly exhaust our resources entirely.

For just a small example, with 40+ estimated student attendees this year, we will require one flashlight each (no cellphones allowed!) and ideally one sleeping bag per student (for those who do not already own their own).

Any funds we raise that exceed the need of this trip will be put towards the annual renewal fee of $385 to keep our chapter open in the coming year.
