I'm reaching out to share a tough reality - I'm facing a severe varicose vein issue that's led to a large ulcer on my leg and left knee replacement due to rheumatoid arthritis . Despite multiple surgeries it's been tough to keep up with medical bills and living costs while now I'm unable to work it's been getting tough to keep up with everything.
