Hello my name is Ashley Darwin and on September 13, 2024 me and my 6 children lost our home and all of our belongings due to a house fire and no we didn't have renters insurance nor did the landlord! We even lost our very loved pets 3 dogs, 5 puppies, and 1 cat in the fire! Since then we have been living in The Days Inn hotel in Perryville that is costing us $455 a week and cant find any places for rent at the moment! Then recently my son's car now needs a clutch replacement which costs $2000 and he needs his car to get to work and school! We are also having to drive back out to where we used to live because we have 3 cats that did survive the fire and cant bring them to the hotel so we go and feed them everyday, including the travel expenses it takes to go back and forth to work for the 2 of us! We are just needing help with getting through this very hard time in our lives, any little thing is greatly appreciated! I am a 39 year old female, my children includes a 19 year old male, 18 year old male, 15 year old male, 11 year old male, 10 year old female, & 9 year old female! The money donated will help go towards housing expenses, transportation, pet supplies, and NEEDS we have including clothes, food, hygiene, home supplies, school fees, etc..We are starting all over from scratch so any help is always very much appreciated and will be used to get our lives as good as back to normal as we can get them! We have finally found a place to rent but we still have to come up with the rent and deposit and utility deposits before we can move in! We are desperate need of help with rent and deposit, electric deposit, water deposit, gas money to move our stuff, hopefully before Friday morning so we don't have to keep paying the motel, household supplies, food, furniture, etc. Anything will help us out and would be greatly appreciated!
