Support Alma's Battle Against Kidney Cancer

Hi everyone, my name is Alma.

I've always been an independent person. No matter how hard life gets I try my best to stay positive. But recently I found out that I have renal cell carcinoma or stage 2 kidney cancer, my oncologist is scheduling me for chemo, followed by surgery to remove affected tissue in my kidney Then there will be more MRIs, CT scans, and blood work. While I am fortunate enough to have insurance. My income is still not enough to pay the anticipated bills. I have started to see some bills and the numbers are scary and draining. I'm a single mother to an amazing child that is my rock. As a mother, as soon as I heard the word cancer, my 1st thought was her. There are days that I feel ok, but most days are hard for me mentally as I am unsure of what will happen next. I'm still trying to process everything and try to take things day by day. It's emotionally and mentally hard to share this with those around me. All I'm asking is for help to get thru this rough time. Any donation, no matter how small, would make a world of difference in helping me focus on my health and recovery. I am truly grateful for your support during this difficult time.
