Hi friends, family, and kind supporters,
I’m reaching out during a time where asking for help is difficult, but deeply necessary.
For a long time, I’ve been living with chronic pelvic pain, fatigue, and symptoms that have significantly impacted my daily life and ability to work. After many appointments, tests, and attempts at managing these symptoms, my doctors have recommended laparoscopic surgery to investigate possible endometriosis. I’ve dealt with this pain for many years, but the reality is that my symptoms have progressed to the point where surgery is no longer optional, it’s essential. Because endometriosis can only be definitively diagnosed through surgery, this procedure is both diagnostic and potentially therapeutic. If endometriosis is found, it can be treated during the same surgery, which could finally provide answers and relief after a long period of uncertainty and pain. While this surgery is an important step toward understanding what’s happening in my body and improving my quality of life, it also comes with financial challenges. In addition to medical and surgical expenses, I will need time off work to recover, which adds another layer of stress during an already difficult time.
I’ve done my best to manage everything independently, but at this point, I need support. Funds raised will go toward:
- Laparoscopic surgery and related medical costs
- Medications and recovery expenses
- Basic living expenses during my required time off work
Any amount, whether through a donation, sharing this page, or sending words of encouragement means so much to me. Your support helps ease the financial burden and allows me to focus on healing, recovery, and finally getting some answers.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for supporting me during this chapter. Your kindness truly makes a difference.
With gratitude,
Alli
