My name is Alexia Thorpe the owner of Cake Delight ,a home baker living in the heart of Montego Bay St.James. Sadly on October 28,2025 after the historic Category 5 Hurricane Melissa hit and we thought we were spared .

Within mins we were flooded in Catherine Hall, Montego Bay, by muddy waters,all personal and business related items completely lost. With the countries primary income being badly affected this will set us back financially , emotionally and mentally.

We are asking for any little to help us get back on our feet , with the existing help of friends and family which majority also being affected we can't even help each other the way we want.

I am greatful in every way for life as my kids are perfectly well and for them I ask for your help in any way as funds will help us to rebuild our homes , funding for school items lost and business related items so I can get back on my feet faster possible faster to also help others around me .
