Adrian Tapia — a devoted husband, loving father, cherished friend, son, brother, and former teacher — is bravely facing a recurrence of medulloblastoma, a rare and aggressive brain cancer he first battled in 2012. Together with his wife, Ana — a dedicated public-school teacher in Imperial Valley — they are raising their wonderful 12-year-old son, Joaquin, along with their loyal furry companions, Rocky and Pepper.
