Support a Women's Safety Advocate Facing Legal Battle

Thank you so much for being here, I appreciate it so much. In November 2024, I posted a TikTok about a group of Sydney University students who were members of the Young Liberals at the time. Some members of this group ripped up a report uncovering sexual violence at Australian universities. I am now being sued for defamation for the content of that video.

I've dedicated more than ten years to advocating for women, in the women's safety and mental health spaces. And being an advocate doesn't make an awful lot of money. Which never bothered me, because it has been the greatest privilege of my life. In order to protect myself and fight for our cause, I am reaching out to our community to ask for your help.

I have engaged representation who will be more than capable of assisting me in this battle, but the financial burden of legal fees is a frightening prospect to face alone. Your kindness and generosity, whether through donations or sharing this campaign, would mean the world to me.

I am only asking for what is currently needed for the next phase of this process and every cent will cover my legal fees. And I will be completely transparent about the allocation of these funds, all the way through.
