Supplies for Medical Teams

UPDATE (4/8/20):

In the last week, we donated over 1,000 S-Hooks to local Ventura County hospitals to relieve medical practitioners of their ear pain that their masks are causing them. We were surprised to learn that the surgical paper masks are painful to wear for an extended period of time & due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is now required for all first responders to wear these at ALL times that they are on shift.

Initially, we set out to provide S-Hooks to our local hospitals and first responders at no cost, but we realize there is a much larger need beyond our immediate community. Therefore, we continued to donate S-Hooks to hospitals, nursing homes, ER rooms, first responders, homeless shelters, and low income clinics THROUGHOUT the United States and have surpassed 1,500 units of S-Hooks donated.

We are a small business of two and have been completely overwhelmed with the requests we've received. Therefore, any further proceeds raised will go towards getting these S-Hooks to as many essential workers in our local community, low income areas and hard-hit epicenters.

We are also exploring other ways we - and other woodworkers, crafters, and local businesses - can rally together and support our essential workers who are working tirelessly and risking everything to help our communities.
