Empowering Women in STEM: Superposition

Superposition is an international non-profit bridging the gender gap in STEM. Our mission is to empower women in STEM by creating educational opportunities and supportive communities in which they can develop their passions. For the past 4 years, we’ve hosted the Bay Area’s largest all-women and non-binary hackathon in partnership with companies like VSCO and Uber. We've hosted a webinar series with 20+ events, and expanded to 25 chapters. Through our work, we’ve brought hundreds of girls into STEM, and reached 60,000+ individuals in 44 states and 47 countries. This summer, we're opening up our audience to younger students via our summer programs! This GoFundMe can be used to pay tuition for our summer programs, or donate to our cause.

All proceeds from the summer programs will go towards providing opportunities for women in STEM, such as the Bay Area's largest all-women and non-binary hackathon, chapter grants, purchasing technology for underserved communities, scholarships, and more.
