Dearest family and friends,
In the early evening of April 13, 2019 our beloved Stacey Sullivan was traveling in her SUV with her three beautiful small children and her precious niece. While traveling home from a fabric store in Avondale, Stacey’s SUV was hit by a semi-truck resulting in a devastating car accident that took her life. All of the children were injured in the accident, three of them extensively.
Stacey was a devoted mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend who loved others deeply. She loved her children beyond words and dedicated her life to them. She was a skilled physical therapist assistant known for her big smile and bubbly personality. Stacey saw the positive in the world and spread joy and laughter to those around her.
Kevin Sullivan, a loving father, and his 3 beautiful small children are now left with the emotional and financial burden of this tragedy and the loss of a wife and mother.
This family is facing tremendous financial burden from medical expenses, costs of services for beautiful Stacey, and the loss of a second income for their family. Please join us in helping them lessen this unfathomable burden.
