Ten University of Iowa students are raising money to provide US Navy SEAL Amputees with tailored outfits as part of a Social Entrepreneurship class. The SEALS strive for success both on and off the battlefield, and now it's our turn to help them look the part.
Amputees often encounter difficulties when trying to find properly fitted clothing. We are looking to alleviate this problem by partnering with a retailer to provide tailored clothing to the SEAL Amputees. The money we raise will go to cover the costs of the clothing and tailoring.
As of now, we have a goal date of August 17, 2013 for a custom-tailoring event. We are working on securing a high-end clothing brand that will be willing to help dress America's finest military members.
Please help us reach our goal of helping improve the lives of those soldiers who gave so much to us!

Where Does My Donation Go?
Your kind donations go straight to purchasing suits, shirts, and pants for the Navy SEALS who attend the event, as well as an on-site tailor who will make sure each and every outfit fits any injuries or amputations comfortably and stylishly.
In the event that a partnership with a retailer falls through, 100% of every dollar donated will go straight to Wounded Wear (http://woundedwear.org/), an organization that provides clothing and modifications to wounded warriors.
