Family's Unexpected Covid-19 Death

On Friday October 16th we lost one of our most beloved family members and frontline healthcare worker, Patricia Howard Johnson. She was diagnosed with Covid-19 and admitted to the ICU in the very same hospital she worked on September 29, 2020. During that time, her family and friends were not able to visit or speak to her. After 18 days in the ICU, Patricia succumbed to the virus. She passed at the age of 70 without being able to say goodbye or to see her 2 beautiful daughters, 2 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren one last time. This loss is deeply personal, as we felt the presence of joy and happiness when we were with her. Please keep the family in your prayers.
This sudden death has now created a huge financial burden, as Patricia took pride in being the provider for her family. The family needs any support we can give during this time of grieving as they carve out a new way of life without their beloved Mother and Grandmother.
We hope friends, family and community will join together to provide anything to help her family through this sadness and beyond. The funds will give comfort in any kind including education, financial help, and to ease the pain of the family’s loss while they try to work out the intricate details of day to day life without her.
