Storm Damage: Help Josh and Karen Rebuild

Hello! My name is Megan Pestka. On July 3, 2025, around 4:45 PM, a huge tree crashed down on my brother and sister-in-law's home in Dunellen, NJ. There was a thunderstorm that rolled through the area, and their home is surrounded by beautiful mature trees. One of these trees fell over and landed on the back half of their home, destroying their kitchen and dining room, bathroom, and master bedroom. My brother, Josh, his boys, Jace and Jackson, and my son, Aiden (visiting from out of town), were at the movies, so thankfully not home. My sister-in-law, Karen, was home with their dog, William, and cat, Candy. Thankfully, although in the kitchen, Karen was not injured. William is okay, but Candy is currently missing.

Josh and Karen are absolutely incredible! They are hardworking parents who love life and love their boys! Let's come together to help them in their time of need. They have a long road ahead of them, and thankfully, insurance is involved. But let's rally around them and show them how much their friends and family care!
