Stop the Zipline

We are raising money to hire lawyers to represent the interests of the residents impacted by the presence of the North Shore Zipline in our neighborhood.  If we are to have a voice we must formally intervene in the hearing process concerning the zipline that is before the Maui County Planning Commission.  Because of past legal maneuvers by agents of the zipline company public testimony has been marginalized and limited.  Hiring legal help will enable all County residents to have a voice in determining the future character of their neighborhoods.  Commercial activity like the zipline is contrary to Upcountry Maui life.  Help us please.  (If you prefer to donate directly to the lawfirm, please let us know.)
