Stone Wall

After 3 years of compliance from me to repair a stone wall at the cost of €350, the Spanish Court has demanded that I pay €5349 to my neighbour, I've engaged 3 Lawyers, but none of them can help me. I don't have €5349, so I am told that under Spanish law, the Court can put my home up for public auction to recover the debt. I am devastated, if any of you kind people would like to donate, I will be So very grateful.
