Stock replacement Middleton in Action
Middleton in Action had their storage unit broken into over the weekend and 50% of stock taken including baby food, nappies, tinned food, toiletries, chocolates, sweets and biscuits to give out at Christmas etc.
This is a charity very close to my heart and I’m just one of many volunteers who support the collection of donations through the roaming food box.
I’m deeply saddened by these events and want to do all I can to support the amazing work they do in the community especially at Christmas time.
Food donations can be brought to St Michaels Church, can be donated via the roaming food box or if you have difficulty donating through these channels my aim is to collect money to do a huge shop to replace the items that have been taken. Together we can all make a difference.
In the event they are inundated with food donations over the next week (which could happen given peoples reaction to the event) we will offer the money for repair work and/or the Middleton in Action Christmas toy appeal.
